May combines this with an expertise in facilitation and training. She is an intuitive and strong facilitator, working with both small focus groups and large stakeholder meetings. Her training style is creative and engaging.

Star’s background is in academic social research in Human Ecology, exploring the ways that people engage with and are shaped by the natural world. Prior to working with Pathways Star has worked at the Environmental Change Institute, Oxford and with the Social and Economic Research Group, at Forest Research. With an eye for detail and a passion for numbers Star adds methodological rigour and analytical precision to the project team.
